At Jingle Me This, we are committed to delivering high-quality audio production and media marketing services. We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our work. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be issued:
1. Service Cancellation
- Before Project Start: If you wish to cancel your service after booking but before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees incurred during payment.
- After Project Start: If work has already commenced on your project, you will not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the amount of work completed. The percentage of the refund will be calculated based on the scope of the services rendered up to the cancellation date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable due to their custom nature, including:
- Completed audio production (e.g., music tracks, sound design, voice-over work)
- Delivered digital marketing campaigns and social media ads
- Finalized content creation (e.g., videos, graphics, written content)
Once final deliverables have been submitted and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
3. Revisions and Refunds
We allow up to two (2) rounds of revisions for most projects, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If, after these revisions, the client remains unsatisfied, we may offer additional revisions at an extra cost but refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to subjective preferences after the agreed-upon revision rounds are exhausted.
4. Refund Process

- Evaluation: We will evaluate the request based on the stage of the project and services already delivered.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and funds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exclusions
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for and do not offer refunds for any services provided by third parties, such as platforms, applications, or media channels that may be utilized during a project (e.g., social media platforms, advertising platforms, software services).
- Unapproved Deliverables: Refunds will not be issued for any deliverables that were not explicitly reviewed and approved due to delays or unresponsiveness from the client.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen technical failures, legal restrictions), Jingle Me This reserves the right to delay services. In such cases, refunds may not be provided, but alternative solutions may be offered.
